Cleanliness: Bedsheets are only changed once every three days. Location: The hotel is quite far from town, making it difficult and time-consuming to get transportation. Service: Poor service overall — early check-in is not allowed, even for just 30 minutes to an hour. After room cleaning, no toilet paper was provided, and the cleaner asked to request it from the front desk. The shower room gets flooded after taking a shower, and the hot water doesn’t work properly. Amenities: Although a shuttle service is offered, there was no driver available when needed.

シャワーの排水溝が流れにくいけど、蓋の構造狀のせいかなと思いました。歯ブラシなどアメニティはないので、自分で用意する必要があります。トンロー駅からはちょっと離れてますが、騒音などはなく快適でした。スタッフの方も程よい距離感で私には心地よかったです。 2泊して、掃除は頼まなかったのですが、2泊目の日にお水2本と、トイレットペーパー1つをドアノブにかけて下さりありがたかったです。タイ滯在中のお友達の家がすぐ近くなので、またタイに來る時はここに泊まりたいです(*^^*) 訂房網站.comで予約すると通常よりも安いです！

Excellent hotel. Very clean, modern rooms. Bed was a bit hard though. Pool area is very nice, lovely view of the city and clean. Gym is also nice. Nice location, quiet neighbourhood but felt very safe. Also has YouTube. Would stay again.

ソンクラン時期に行きました。ホテル周辺はそこまで水掛けが活発ではなくて助かった。ホテル全體は綺麗朝食は註文しにいくスタイル部屋清掃あり、ドライヤーは部屋にあるとチェックイン時に聞いたが見つからず、アメニティはシャワージェル、石鹸のみで歯ブラシはないプールは24時間利用可能、サウナもスタッフに言えば使えるらしいホテル內には洗濯機無し徒歩10分ほどのところにコンビニ飲食店ランドリー有り総合的には満足です！

I really like the location of this hotel, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Parking isn't very convenient, but that’s understandable given the area. The bed and other room features are good. However, I’ve consistently had a bad impression when it comes to housekeeping. They often forget to restock basic items, and I’ve gotten used to calling the front desk to ask for them. The smell of the towels is also unpleasant and needs improvement. Another issue is the bathroom drainage system—water tends to pool and drain very slowly. I had to open the drain cover to let the water flow, which didn’t feel very hygienic. If the cleanliness of the room could be improved and towels checked for odor before being placed in the room, I would absolutely love staying here.

Amazing hotel rooms were modern, clean and had a smart tele. Pool is good size and very clean. Gym has two floors, for cardio and weights. Mainly machines but good gym for a hotel and has a Sauna.
